| Brass screws hold the metal leading edge to the wood. Then solder is melted over the screw and then ground down to keep the smooth finish. |

| There are three pitch setting pins with two settings on each pin. |

| Pitch Setting
Gauge With the pitch setting gage in place, rotate the blade until the pin is touching the gage. Snug the bolts to hold the blade in place. The cover removed for clarity. |
